In this workshop, Jota Mombaça proposes to focus on the critical and performative dimensions of time displacement, as well as on the ethical and political effects unfolded from its possibility. As a time-travel workshop, the students group will attend to the complex actualizations of the past in our present relations, as the ethical condition for a collective process of fabulation of the future. Exercises of simultaneous reading, creative writing and deep listening will be accompanied by moments of open, intuitive conversation about topics related to anti-colonial and gender disobedient (kuir) imagination.
